Preschool - Social and Independent Threes

At Cornerstone Learning Centers, children are given the opportunity to discover and explore in a rich child-centered environment, supported by small and large group activities throughout the day. Our preschool program promotes a balance of positive learning and play, realizing that play is children’s "work". Bright, colorful classrooms create a stimulating environment where children experience a variety of monthly themed activities. 

Children gain self-confidence as they independently explore Learning Centers equipped with activities that promote dramatic play, math, creative art, language arts, social studies, science, music, blocks and computers.
We believe in the ‘whole-brain’ approach to learning which allows children to develop at their own individualized pace. This forms the foundation for a lifetime love of learning.

Our experienced and dedicated teachers continue to nurture the children with positive words
and hugs as they provide a variety of activities that will strengthen their social, cognitive and
motor skills as well as their creativity and independence.

A Beka® Christian-based Curriculum Leading the Way

The A Beka® curriculum continues to challenge our three year olds.  Enhanced by hands-on math,
science, art, music, cooking and physical fitness activities, this well rounded program offers something for each child. Fine motor skills are an important part of the learning process as children are introduced to basic printing.
